If you’re a member of the Nintendo Switch Online Expansion Pack, you’re in luck this month. three new Mario titles are coming to the service in May, joining those already available Super Mario Advance 4: Super Mario Bros. 3 to complete the super mario trailer series.
Game Boy Advance games were first announced for Switch Online back in February, and the service already has a decent selection of games available (if you’re an expansion pack member), including Metroid Fusion and The Legend of Zelda: Minish Cap. Last but not least, members of the Switch Online Expansion Pack will also get Yoshi’s Island: Super Mario Advance 3 this month. Again, yoshi’s island It’s already available as an emulated SNES game if you’re a Switch Online member, but now you can experience its GBA port as well, if you’d like.
All three games also come complete with a version of the classic mario bros arcade game. That’s available on the NES via Switch Online, but the GBA versions naturally have improved sound and visuals. In any case, if you’re already a Switch Online Expansion Pack user, a few more games can’t hurt, right?
Nintendo Switch Online is available right now through your Switch console or through the nintendo official website. Signing up gives you benefits like a catalog of retro games, online gaming and cloud savings, and more. Expansion pack membership adds Game Boy Advance, N64, and Sega Genesis games to the retro lineup, as well as DLC for popular Nintendo games like splatoon 2 and Animal Crossing: New Horizons.
