Today, Genshin Impact developer HoyoVerse is releasing a new gacha banner in their new RPG Honkai: Star Rail, which introduces an all-new character.
The newcomer is the five-star scholarship/lightning character Jing Yuan, who will arrive at 6:00 pm server time and will be available until June 6. Honkai: Star Railits titled “Heavenly Spear Whirl” and also features the four-star characters March 7, Sushang and Tingyun.
To celebrate the debut, HoYoverse released a lengthy trailer showcasing Jing Yuan’s gameplay, which you can check out below.
You’re probably familiar with it by now, as it featured prominently in a gorgeous animated short a few days ago and in another teaser trailer. He is voiced by Alejandro Saab in English and the popular Daisuke Ono in Japanese. If you don’t know him, he voices him to Van Arkride in the last Roads games, Snow Villiers in the final fantasy XIII series, Jotaro Kujo in the jojo series, and many more roles.

Honkai: Star Rail ia turn-based RPG that can be played for free in single player mode. It is available on PC via a separate client and the Epic Games Store, as well as on iOS and Android devices. Although the developers have announced that they are working on ports for the PlayStation platforms that will be released soon, a specific release date has not yet been announced.
