Figures and model kits of Tales of Arise, Muv-Luv, Ace Combat, Guilty Gear and more revealed by Kotobukiya
Today, Kotobukiya kicked off its Kotobukiya Collection 2023 event in Akihabara, Tokyo, and had some interesting video game figures and model kits to reveal.
Us begin with a new figure representing Dohalim of tales of getting up. It is in 1/8 scale and we can already see the prototype in an attractive dynamic pose.
Below we take a first look at the prototype of the new Type-77 Gekishin plastic model kits from the popular Muv-Luv Alternative visual novel. This one does not have a specific scale and is the second one created to celebrate the recent anime series. Kotobukiya has released a metric ton of TSF mecha reprints of the franchise, but most of them (besides Gekishin and Fubiki) are reprints of decade-old models that had been long out of print. This model, like the Fubuki, is completely new.
We then move on to the Ace Combat series, with the 1/144 scale model prototype of the ADF-01 Falken appearing in many games in the series, including the latest. Ace Combat 7: Skies Unknown.
Moving on to two figures that don’t have a prototype yet, we got the announcement of a 1/7 scale rendering of Bridget from Guilty Gear -Strive-. The Killmachine bike is also included.
Last but not least, Kotobukiya announced Fie Claussell from the Trails series, who will be portrayed in 1/8 scale as he appears in The Legend of Heroes: Trails into Reverie.
Below you can consult a gallery with images of all the prototypes and illustrations provided by the manufacturer.
