The Serling Hotel on Ocean Avenue is home to many requests to find missing persons. One of these is Missing: Greg, taking you to a dingy parking garage to save an eccentric collector. Getting Started Missing: Greg on dead island 2
Missing: Greg can be launched from the Serling Hotel’s missing persons request board, though you’ll need to complete some of the previous quests (such as Missing: Jamal and Missing: Davis) before this one will appear. From there, he should head to the opposite side of Ocean Avenue towards the parking lot. He can access the underground parking garage via the elevator button, allowing him to descend to the lower areas.

This entire area is littered with goo blobs that explode when you get close, so shoot or throw items at them when necessary. After going further in, Greg will speak to you behind the door. To get to it, you must first restore power to the lever next to the door. Head right past the burning gas and up the ledge. Grab the switch on the back of the truck and head through the door once a zombie opens it. You can place the switch in the end room slot to turn the lever on and open the door.
Going further in, you have to deal with a lot of zombies in the next area of the parking lot. Once they’re out, follow Greg around the corner to find him being attacked by a zombie. Kill him, then examine Greg’s remains to complete the quest, giving you 2000 XP and a Superior Metal Bat.
