Coachella has returned to Fortnite for another unforgettable weekend (well, week). A new island is available for you and your friends to hang out on, and as if that’s not enough, you can also look forward to new mini-games, quests, and cosmetics to celebrate the crossover.

Fortnite is well known for its crosses with major IPs like Star Wars, Dragon Balland attack on titan, as well as his collaborations with real-world stars like Ariana Grande and Travis Scott. We’re at the last camp for this most recent holiday, which brings the renowned Coachella festival to Fortnite‘s gates once more.

First of all, Coachella Island offers you and your friends a new environment to explore in the game’s Discover mode. You can expect various themed locations, team-to-team mini-games, and missions that will earn you special items, and it’s all set to music by Coachella 2023 artist Porter Robinson. The island will also remain open after the Coachella collaboration ends.

If you go to Fortnite Battle Royale, so there’s still plenty of Coachella-themed content to enjoy. a new task in the game will have you traveling the road with your favorite allies (or solo) to earn a loading screen, and Coachella will also take over Icon Radio until May 12, playing a variety of festival artists over the airwaves.

There will also be new cosmetics available to mark this auspicious collaboration. The Sunset Alto outfit includes two items that will react to music, just like the Desert Dawn Lyric outfit. There’s also the new Desert Breeze Wrap weapon style, which also responds to music. It makes a lot of sense that the Coachella collaboration would bring reactive elements to the music, right?

you can light Fortnite and check out the Coachella collab right now. The event will last until April 28, but you’ll still be able to explore Coachella Island after that date, so don’t worry if you miss something. Fortnite is available on PC, consoles, and mobile (although technically only available on iOS via cloud streaming).
